Due to internal technical requirements, we will replace the AX4 Demo AS2 certificate (host: as2demo.ax4.com). The AS2 certificate is required for signing and encrypting messages as well as for establishing HTTPS sessions via AS2.
The replacement will take place on April 13, 2026, at 08:00 AM CEST (GMT +2). There will be no downtime for AX4 Demo.
Partners connecting to AX4 Demo via AS2 may be affected depending on their individual configuration.
Required Actions for Customers: Please perform the following activities after April 13, 2026, 08:00 AM CEST (GMT +2): • Update your systems with the new AS2 public certificate. • Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.
Important Note: Although the new certificate is issued for edias2.demo.ax4.com, it is also valid for the current host as2demo.ax4.com. Please ensure that you update your systems accordingly.
