Dear AX4 Platform Users,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming routine patch (codename: M1) that will be applied to the AX4 platform. This hot patch is part of our standard system maintenance procedures to ensure continued optimal performance and security.

Patch Schedule:
• DEMO System: Monday, June 30, 2025
• Production Systems: Monday/Tuesday, July 7/8, 2025

What to expect:
The patch is designed to be applied seamlessly while all systems remain operational. We anticipate that users should experience no disruption to AX4 services during the implementation.

Details:
• This is a routine hot patch (M1) required for proper system maintenance
• The patch is designed to be implemented in the background
• No action is required from users
• All platform functionalities should continue to operate normally throughout the process

Our technical team will be monitoring the implementation to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
