Our administrators performed a rollback of a change pertinent to our Apache configuration, associated with the new AX4 release. All users are now able to log in successfully. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue. A full RCA will be forthcoming regarding this issue.

Our Admin team has identified an issue connected to the release affecting log-ins to the web application. They are working to resolve the identified problem. We will provide a timely update regarding their progress on this issue.

Investigating

Following the planned outage for AX4 Release 25.12, Middle East FINAL users are reporting the inability to log in to the web application. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
