As part of an upgrade to our computing environment, the IP addresses used for AX4 Demo EDI AS2 communication will change. Please review the details below and update your configurations accordingly. ________________________________________

• Current IP: 194.60.78.99 • Current FQDN: as2demo.ax4.com • New IPs: 3.67.103.16, 18.158.30.51 • New FQDN: edias2.demo.ax4.com ________________________________________
Outgoing Connections (AX4 Demo → your systems)
• Current IP: 194.60.78.99 • New IPs: 52.58.217.113, 18.156.125.171 ________________________________________
Transition Timeline
• New route available from: 18 May 2026 – 06:00AM UTC (08:00AM CEST) • Old route deactivated end of day: 23 June 2026 – 08:00AM UTC (10:00AM CEST)
During the transition period, both old and new addresses will remain operational. All other connection parameters (e.g., ports, credentials, authentication methods) remain unchanged. ________________________________________
Required Actions - Please complete the following steps during the transition period
• Ensure your firewall rules allow access to the new FQDN and IP addresses. • Update your AS2 connection configuration to the new FQDN. • Notify all customers who exchange AS2 EDI messages with AX4 Demo about these changes. ________________________________________
Important Notes
• IP addresses may change over time, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IPs. • If you currently rely on fixed IP addresses, we strongly recommend switching to the FQDN to avoid future service interruptions. • Do not block the old IP/FQDN before the official deactivation date. ________________________________________
