Due to upgrade of computing environment, IP address used for accessing AX4 website will change and it will be dynamic.
The replacement will take place on 2nd July 2026 at 05:15 AM UTC (07:15 AM CEST). There will be no downtime of AX4, however, you may experience a session loss and be prompted to log in again after switch occurs.
Current IP address: 194.153.114.214 New IP addresses: 3.127.179.225, 63.186.56.67 (note that this IP address might change with time) FQDN (remains unchanged): ax4.com
There are no actions required on the customer side as only the IP address changes under the domain name. If you need additional support or have any concerns with this activity, please contact our AX4 Support Team via the Support Center.
