Dear Customers,

Due to internal technical requirements, we will replace the AX4 AS2 certificate (host: as2.ax4.com). The AS2 certificate is required for signing and encrypting messages as well as for establishing HTTPS sessions via AS2.

There will be no downtime for AX4.

Partners connecting to AX4 via AS2 may be affected depending on their individual configuration.

Required Actions for Customers:
Please perform the following activities after August 20, 2026, 07:30 AM CEST (05:30 AM UTC):
• Update your systems with the new AS2 public certificate.
• Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.

Root and Intermediate Certificates will remain unchanged:
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/current/GlobalSign_Root_R3.crt.txt
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/current/GlobalSign_GCC_R3_DV_TLS_CA_2020.crt.txt

New Public Certificate:
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/2026/edias2.emea.ax4.com.crt.txt

Important Note:
Although the new certificate is issued for edias2.emea.ax4.com, it is also valid for the current host as2.ax4.com.
Please ensure that you update your systems accordingly ahead of time.
