This is a reminder that the old AX4 Demo EDI SFTP communication path will be deactivated at 08:00AM UTC (10:00AM CEST) today. As announced during the transition period, all SFTP communication must now use the new IP addresses and FQDN. ________________________________________
Final Reminder – Active Connection Details
Incoming Connections (Your systems → AX4 Demo)
• New FQDN: edisftp.demo.ax4.com • New IPs: 3.69.96.15, 3.66.139.125
Outgoing Connections (AX4 Demo → your systems)
• New IPs: 52.58.217.113, 18.156.125.171
All other connection parameters remain unchanged. ________________________________________
Action Required Today - If you have not yet updated your configuration
• Update your SFTP endpoint to the new FQDN immediately. • Ensure your firewall rules allow access to the new FQDN and IP addresses. • Notify any of your customers exchanging EDI data via AX4 Demo SFTP.
After today, the old IP addresses will no longer be reachable, and communication sent to the old endpoint will fail. ________________________________________

• IP addresses may change over time, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IPs. • If your configuration currently uses fixed IP addresses, we strongly recommend switching to the FQDN to avoid future interruptions.
