Due to an upgrade of our computing environment, the IP addresses used for communication over the AX4 Final EDI OFTP2 protocol will change. The FQDN (oftp2.ax4.com) and the certificates used will remain unchanged.
Incoming Connections (Your systems → AX4 Final)
• Current IP address: 194.153.114.148 • New dynamic IP addresses: 18.159.3.224, 63.183.13.43 • FQDN: oftp2.ax4.com (remains unchanged)

Outgoing Connections (AX4 Final → Your systems)
• Current IP address: 194.153.114.148 • New static IP addresses: 3.69.149.145, 18.194.46.2

All other connection parameters (e.g., ports, credentials, authentication methods) remain unchanged.
The new path will be available from 1st September 2026 at 05:15 AM UTC (07:15 AM CEST) and at the same time the old path will be deactivated.

ACTIONS REQUIRED
• Please ensure your firewall rules permit access to the new IP addresses listed above. • Notify all customers who exchange EDI messages via OFTP2 with AX4 Final about these changes.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Please be advised that IP addresses of the AX4 OFTP2 Server may change periodically, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IP addresses. • If you use IP addresses in your configuration, please update to use the FQDN instead, if not already done. • Please do not block access to the old/current IP address before the date listed.
