Dear Valued Customer,
As part of an upgrade to our computing environment, the IP addresses used for AX4 Final EDI AS2 communication will change. Please review the details below and update your configurations accordingly. ________________________________________
Incoming Connections (Your systems → AX4 Final) • Current IP: 194.153.114.151 • Current FQDN: as2.ax4.com • New dynamic IP addresses: 63.183.9.33, 3.69.85.0 • New FQDN: edias2.emea.ax4.com
________________________________________
Outgoing Connections (AX4 Final → Your systems) • Current IP: 194.153.114.151 • New IPs: 3.69.149.145, 18.194.46.2
________________________________________
Transition Timeline • New route available from: 3 September 2026 – 06:00 AM UTC (08:00 AM CEST) • Old route will be deactivated: 13 October 2026 – 08:00 AM UTC (10:00 AM CEST) During the transition period, both old and new addresses will remain operational. All other connection parameters (e.g., ports, credentials, authentication methods) remain unchanged.
________________________________________
Required Actions - Please complete the following steps during the transition period: • Ensure your firewall rules allow access to the new FQDN and IP addresses. • Update your AS2 connection configuration to the new FQDN. • Inform any of your customers who exchange EDI data with AX4 Final AS2 about these changes.
________________________________________
Important Notes • IP addresses may change over time, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IPs. • If you currently rely on fixed IP addresses, we strongly recommend switching to the FQDN to avoid future service interruptions. • Do not block the old IP/FQDN before the official deactivation date.
