As announced during the transition period (https://trust.ax4.com/incidents/c117fc2gml0g), all SFTP communication must now use the new IP addresses and FQDN. ________________________________________

Incoming Connections
(Your systems → AX4 Final) • Current IP: 194.153.114.149 • Current FQDN: sftp.ax4.com • New dynamic IP addresses: 18.193.194.113, 3.126.212.243 • New FQDN: edisftp.emea.ax4.com
Outgoing Connections (AX4 Final → Your systems) • Current IP: 194.153.114.144 • New IPs: 3.69.149.145, 18.194.46.2
All other connection parameters remain unchanged.

Action Required Today - If you have not yet updated your configuration
• Ensure your firewall rules allow access to the new FQDN and IP addresses. • Update your SFTP configuration to the new FQDN. • Inform any of your customers who exchange EDI data with AX4 Final SFTP about these changes.
After today, the old IP addresses will no longer be reachable, and communication sent to the old endpoint will fail. ________________________________________

• IP addresses may change over time, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IPs. • If your configuration currently uses fixed IP addresses, we strongly recommend switching to the FQDN to avoid future interruptions.
