Dear customers,
Due to internal technical requirements, we will replace the AX4 HTTP certificate (host: b2b.ax4.com). The certificate is required to secure HTTPS connections, providing encryption and server authentication.
The replacement will take place on August 18, 2026, at 07:30 AM CEST (05:30 AM UTC). There will be no downtime for AX4.
Partners connecting to AX4 via HTTP may be affected depending on their individual configuration.
Required Actions for Customers: Please perform the following activities after August 18, 2026, at 07:30 AM CEST (05:30 AM UTC): • Update your systems with the new HTTP public certificate. • Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.
Important Note: Although the new certificate is issued for ediechttp.emea.ax4.com, it is also valid for the current host b2b.ax4.com. Please ensure that you update your systems accordingly.
