Dear valued customer,

we would like to inform you about a recent technical issue that temporarily affected EDI communication on our AX4 demo system.

Between 13:53 and 14:20 (UTC) today, our SMTP, OFTP, and FTP/SFTP servers experienced a temporary disruption. The investigation began promptly at 13:57 (UTC), and all impacted services were fully restored by 14:20 (UTC). After confirming system stability, the situation was officially resolved at 14:29 (UTC).
