The certificate is required to secure HTTPS connections, providing encryption and server authentication. The replacement will take place on April 21, 2026, at 08:00 AM CEST (GMT +2). There will be no downtime for AX4 Demo. Partners connecting to AX4 Demo via HTTP may be affected depending on their individual configuration.
Required Actions for Customers: Please perform the following activities after April 21, 2026, 08:00 AM CEST (GMT +2): • Update your systems with the new HTTP public certificate. • Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.
Important Note: Although the new certificate is issued for ediechttp.demo.ax4.com, it is also valid for the current host b2bdemo.ax4.com. Please ensure that you update your systems accordingly.
