Please disregard the previous communication and refer to the corrected information provided below:

The activity will take place on September 29, 2026, at 07:30 AM CEST (05:30 AM UTC).

Due to internal technical requirements, we will replace the AX4 Demo AS2 certificate (host: edias2.demo.ax4.com).

There will be no downtime for AX4 Demo.

Partners connecting to AX4 Demo via AS2 may be affected depending on their individual configuration.

Required Actions for Customers:

Please perform the following activities after September 29, 2026, at 07:30 AM CEST (05:30 AM UTC):

• Update your systems with the new AS2 certificates (please note that all 3 certificates needs to be updated: root, intermediate and public).
• Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.

New Root Certificate:

New Intermediate Certificate:
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/current/GlobalSign_GCC_R46_DV_TLS_CA_2025.crt

New Public Certificate:
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/2027/edias2.demo.ax4.com.crt

• Do not install the new certificate before the date and time listed above.

New Root and Intermediate Certificates:

• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/current/GlobalSign_GCC_R46_DV_TLS_CA_2025.crt

Public Certificate remains the same:
• https://ax4.com/ax4/certificates/2027/edias2.demo.ax4.com.crt

Important Note:
Although the new certificate is issued for edias2.demo.ax4.com, it is also valid for the current host as2demo.ax4.com.

Please ensure that you update your systems accordingly head of time.
