As announced during the transition period (https://trust.ax4.com/incidents/fx68xj1rs91j), all AS2 communication must now use the new IP addresses and FQDN. ________________________________________

Incoming Connections
(Your systems → AX4 Final) • Current IP: 194.153.114.151 • Current FQDN: as2.ax4.com • New dynamic IP addresses: 63.183.9.33, 3.69.85.0 • New FQDN: edias2.emea.ax4.com
Outgoing Connections
(AX4 Final → Your systems) • Current IP: 194.153.114.151 • New IPs: 3.69.149.145, 18.194.46.2
All other connection parameters remain unchanged. ________________________________________
Action Required Today - If you have not yet updated
• Update your AS2 endpoint to the new FQDN immediately. • Ensure your firewall rules allow access to the new FQDN and IP addresses. • Inform any partners who exchange AS2 messages with AX4 Final.
After today, the old IP/FQDN will no longer be reachable, and messages sent to the old endpoint will fail. ________________________________________
Important Notes • IP addresses may change over time, and the FQDN may resolve to multiple IPs. • If you currently rely on fixed IP addresses, we strongly recommend switching to the FQDN to avoid future service interruptions. ________________________________________
